Merry Xmas!

I'm just sitting here waiting for the Webkinz website to quiet down enough so I can get in and name my new puppy.

Christmas 2007

After we opened the presents, this is what I made (with instruction from my dad) for dinner. It's mostacholli. (I affectionately call it "Monstercholli's") It was really good, and my dad says that we ended up making enough for about 10 or 15 people.

Yum! Mostacholli!!!

and I bought some frozen French bread baguettes that you cook in the oven, that was a good side to the mostacholli.

fresh baked french bread and mostacholli! Yummy!

My sibling bought me a knitting book for Xmas, so I'll be getting the scrap yarn out later tonight to play with some knitting needles. (thanks sibling and sibling-in-law)

and here's my Christmas tree, before we opened up all the presents.

Allen gave me a retired Webkinz. It is the Gorilla and I named him Big Al. I got registered, but haven't been able to get online since.

I havent even been able to get onto the Webkinz site. I guess I've got to wait awhile. I cant get onto the TomTom website either (TomTom is a GPS system)

Mom got a digital camera, and I just about went insane trying to read the bad english that the manufacturer used in their manual. Took me forever to get the thing set up.

I'm still missing a christmas present. Dad ordered something for me that was supposed to have been here on the 18th, and it never got shipped till yesterday.

I went to bed last night at 10 so I woke up very early. With school out, about the only time the internet is fast is in the middle of the night.

We had dinner at Ann's> She cooked a beef tenderloin that was very good. I am doing dinner for everyone on Sunday. We are having turkey and ham with all the trimmings. On New Year's Day we are having ribs.

Christmas Eve Dale made seafood gumbo and a huge pot of chili.
